I have a tiny farm. I sell organically grown eggs and an assortment of vegetables. Mostly I sell what I grow via farm shares during the summer. I no longer have an actual "stand" but I do send out emails from time to time when there are "EXTRAS". Extras may include eggs, mesclun, beans, some kind of greens, flowers and whatever else is in season. Pea shoots! and leaves!
Picked some pea shoots today because they couldn't wait for Wednesday. Then I picked a Easter treat: basil microgreens - EXTRA YUM!
